I’ve worn many hats over the years. Veteran. Entrepreneur. Author. Consultant. Etc.

None so proudly as the word dad.

And later in life I discovered the gift of literature, where thankfully my talent and creativity was recognized. As an award-winning author, I’ve entertained and enlightened readers around the world. Through honest narratives and personal insight I’ve managed to touch hearts and minds and for that I’m profoundly grateful.

In the pursuit of new challenges, I ventured into the realm of entrepreneurship, where my innovative spirit and business acumen found fertile ground. And nothing is or ever will be as challenging, rewarding, terrifying and entertaining as that of fatherhood.

And now, in my fifties, two decades after welcoming my first children into the world, a new chapter unfolds as I embrace the joys and responsibilities of fatherhood once again. The journey of parenthood, with its ups and downs, promises to be a source of endless love, growth, and fulfillment.

As I reflect upon my life , I am reminded of the power of resilience, passion, experience and once more found my joy in writing. From the battlefields to the boardrooms, from the pages of books to the cradle of my newborn child, the thousands of life experiences I’ve had are the hues with which I paint this portrait that I share here.
